Data processing agreement (databehandleraftale) under GDPR Art. 28, Standard Contractual Clauses and a transfer impact assessment for any access from our Vietnam delivery centre, data minimisation and retention rules agreed up front, and a named contact for data-protection questions. If a breach affects your data we notify you without undue delay, so you can meet your own 72-hour duty to Datatilsynet where it applies. For AI systems we classify the EU AI Act risk tier at scoping and produce the technical documentation that tier requires.
Production systems are hosted in the EU region you choose — AWS Stockholm (eu-north-1) or Frankfurt, or the Azure and Google Cloud EU regions — with models called through EU-hosted endpoints such as AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI in the EU. Hosting is only half of it: remote access from Vietnam is itself a transfer, so engineers work against anonymised or synthetic data wherever the use case allows, and any access to personal data runs under the SCCs and the safeguards in your transfer impact assessment.
