Every project receives a binding fixed-price proposal within 3 business days. There are no hourly rates, no change order surprises, and zero budget overruns — ever.
All NKKTech project prices are fixed scope. The proposal you receive after your discovery call is binding — we do not charge more than quoted. If scope changes are requested mid-project, we discuss them with you before proceeding and only proceed with your written approval.
Yes. Standard payment structure is 30% upfront, 40% at midpoint milestone, 30% on delivery. For larger projects ($150K+), we can accommodate custom milestone structures.
NKKTech guarantees team kickoff within 14 calendar days of contract signing. The process: Day 0 — 30-min discovery call. Day 1–3 — fixed-scope proposal delivered. Day 4–14 — NDA signed, contracts executed, Slack workspace set up, tech lead on a call with you.

We follow SOC 2 aligned processes for US clients, PDPA-aligned practices for Singapore clients, Privacy Act for Australian clients, and PIPEDA for Canadian clients. We are not currently SOC 2 Type II certified — if your project requires this, please discuss on the discovery call.
