NKKTech offers fixed-scope pricing starting from $5,000 for startup MVP sprints, $10K for AI automation and LLM integrations, $20K for RAG systems, $25K–$300K for full AI SaaS platforms, and $8K/month for dedicated teams. Startup MVP packages are available at /solutions/for-startups. Every project receives a binding fixed-price proposal within 3 business days. There are no hourly rates. Fixed scope and price agreed before work starts; any change is quoted and approved in writing first.
All NKKTech project prices are fixed scope. The proposal you receive after your discovery call is binding — we do not charge more than quoted. If scope changes are requested mid-project, we discuss them with you before proceeding and only proceed with your written approval.
Yes. AI Pilots and projects under $15K: 50% at signing, 50% on acceptance. Larger fixed-scope projects: 30% at kickoff, 40% at the mid-project milestone (working demo), 30% on acceptance. For programmes over $150K we can agree more milestones.
NKKTech guarantees team kickoff within 14 calendar days of contract signing. The process: Day 0 — 30-min discovery call. Within 3 business days — fixed-scope proposal delivered. Day 4–14 — NDA signed, contracts executed, Slack workspace set up, tech lead on a call with you.
We use Agile sprints (2-week cycles). You get: weekly video calls with your tech lead, Friday demo of completed work, async written summaries every week, and direct Slack access to your engineers. No account manager buffer.
We raise a formal change request with impact on timeline and cost. Nothing changes without your written approval. We proactively flag scope risks early — we do not surprise you at the end.

Yes. You have direct Slack access to your tech lead and engineers from day 1. No account managers. No email relay.
Your project is staffed, managed and coded by NKKTech's own engineers at our Hanoi headquarters. Any outside specialist would be named in the proposal before work starts and bound by the same NDA and IP-assignment terms.
Full IP ownership is transferred to you upon project completion. We sign NDA before any technical discussion. Encrypted communications (AES-256). Access controls and role-based permissions. SOC 2 aligned security practices.
We follow SOC 2 aligned processes for US clients, PDPA-aligned practices for Singapore clients, Privacy Act for Australian projects, and PIPEDA for Canadian clients. We are not currently SOC 2 Type II certified — if your project requires this, please discuss on the discovery call.
