The assessment turns your answers into four 0-100 scores, an overall score out of 70, and one of three recommendations. It is a quick first read, not an audit: the scoring is a simple, fixed rule set over company size, the areas that take manual time, current AI usage, budget and timeline. Here is what each score measures.
How much room there is for AI to take work off your team. It rises when two or more areas take a lot of manual time, and when you are not yet running custom or production AI — the headroom is largest before anything is automated.
Whether a first project can realistically start. Teams already running custom AI integrations or production AI systems score higher, as do teams with a budget of $20K or more set aside.
How much a first project could pay back. It rises with company size (51+ people) and with the number of areas that take manual time — the same automation saves more when more people do the work.
How soon results could show. It rises when you want to start within three months and have a budget of $20K or more in place.
Your results appear on screen as soon as you submit, and we email a copy to the address you enter. No drip sequence, no sales call required. The results are yours to share with your team or ignore — your call.
Section 1
A 0-100 score for AI Opportunity, Readiness to Implement, ROI Potential and Speed to Value, plus an overall score out of 70.
Section 2
One of three recommendations based on your overall score — high readiness, medium readiness or early stage — with the kind of first step that fits.
Section 3
An optional free 30-minute call with a senior engineer to go through your results, and our fixed-price AI Pilot (USD 3,000–15,000, 3–4 weeks) if a first project makes sense. Neither is required.
Example result (a 51-200 person team, one area with heavy manual work, using off-the-shelf AI tools, budget $20K–$50K, starting in 3–6 months): AI Opportunity 50% · Readiness to Implement 70% · ROI Potential 40% · Speed to Value 50% · Overall 40/70 — medium readiness, with the recommendation to start with a fixed-price AI Pilot.
Yes, completely. There's no paid tier, no credit-card capture, and no email sequence trying to upsell you to a paid version. We do this because the assessment doubles as our own lead-qualification — clients whose AI use cases score badly aren't ready for us, and we'd rather know upfront than spend 6 weeks on a kickoff that won't produce results. Most people who take it never hire us, and that's fine — the few who do cover the cost.
It is a quick first read, not an audit. The four scores come from a fixed rule set over five of your answers — company size, the areas that take manual time, current AI usage, budget and timeline — so they show broad readiness, not a detailed plan or specific use cases. For projects above ~$100K budget, treat the assessment as a starting point, not the decision — a 30-min discovery call with our senior engineer is the proper next step.
No. You get one email with your results. We don't add you to a drip sequence. We don't share your email with anyone (no co-marketing arrangements, no data brokers). If you want to follow up, the email links to our Calendly. If you don't reach out, we don't reach out either.
Any team weighing an AI project, from early-stage startups to enterprises, in fintech, healthcare, SaaS, manufacturing, education, e-commerce and more. It is most useful for a team that has one AI idea or initiative and wants an outside read on where to start.
You get an honest result. A low overall score comes with the early-stage recommendation: a free discovery call to find your highest-ROI use case before committing to any project. If that call shows the groundwork isn't there yet — for example, your data needs consolidating first — we'll tell you, and suggest doing that before hiring NKKTech or any AI vendor. We'd rather lose the engagement than ship into a doomed setup.
Yes. Retaking it after some prep work is a simple way to track progress. We don't flag re-submissions — submit as often as is useful. Your results show on screen every time; we email a copy at most once a day per address.
