Tony Nguyen

Founder & CEO

Tony Nguyen has 10 years of experience working with Japanese companies — two of those years based in Japan. He saw the gap firsthand: global companies wanted senior engineering talent at offshore rates — but couldn't get both at once.

In 2018, he started the business in Hanoi under the Nokasoft name (it became NKKTech in 2025), with one rule: client projects are delivered by senior engineers. No account managers between client and code. Just senior tech leads doing what they're best at — building production systems.

In November 2024 he incorporated a Singapore company, NKKTech Global Pte. Ltd., so global enterprise clients can contract under Singapore law, and in 2025 the group took the NKKTech name — while keeping the Hanoi HQ as the engineering and operations center. The group has been operating since 2018 (first company incorporated August 2020; NKKTech Global JSC 2025), and its senior-only engineering team in Hanoi delivers AI and software for clients in North America, Japan, Singapore and Vietnam — see our published case studies.
