Tony Nguyen
Founder & CEO
Tony Nguyen spent 10 years building enterprise software for Toyota, Sony, and Rakuten in Japan before founding the company. He saw the gap firsthand: global companies wanted senior engineering talent at offshore rates — but couldn't get both at once.
In 2018, he founded the company in Hanoi as Nokasoft, with one rule: only senior engineers. No juniors disguised as intermediates. No account managers between client and code. Just senior tech leads doing what they're best at — building production systems.
In 2025, he rebranded the group as NKKTech and opened a Singapore branch office (NKKTech Global Pte. Ltd.) to serve global enterprise clients more conveniently under Singapore-law contracts — while keeping the Hanoi HQ as the engineering and operations center. The group has delivered 120+ projects across 10+ countries with a 50+ engineer team.
Our mission is simple: make senior AI engineering accessible to every company that's serious about building with AI — regardless of whether they're in San Francisco, Toronto, Sydney, Singapore, Seoul, or Tokyo.
