Tony Nguyen spent 10 years building enterprise software for Toyota, Sony, and Rakuten in Japan before founding NKKTech. He saw the gap firsthand: global companies wanted senior engineering talent at offshore rates — but couldn't get both at once.
In 2018, he founded NKKTech in Hanoi with one rule: only senior engineers. No juniors disguised as intermediates. No account managers between client and code. Just senior tech leads doing what they're best at — building production systems.
Today NKKTech is a 50+ team serving clients in 5 countries. Our projects range from $20K automation workflows to $300K AI platform builds. Every one of them ships on time, on budget, and with the client's tech lead on speed dial.
