These plan details apply to version 1.0.3 when released. Pro and Business are annual subscriptions; they are not yet approved for sale. Existing users may retain benefits from earlier versions. Prices, benefits and purchase availability depend on the version, region and current App Store/in-app purchase screen. A separate Remove Ads subscription is available. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or restore purchases using your Apple Account.
Before you get started
Can I work without Internet?
Core management tasks work offline, with no Room Manager account. Ads, purchases and purchase restoration require Internet.
Does it offer remote cloud or OTA synchronization?
Business LAN sync connects paired devices on the same local network. It is not remote cloud sync. Channel commission tools do not mean automatic OTA rate and inventory synchronization.
Is it suitable for a hostel?
Consider it for properties managing whole private rooms. If you sell individual dorm beds, confirm your workflow with support first; this page does not promise separate bed inventory.
Are PDF invoices valid tax invoices?
PDF invoices support stay records and reconciliation. Verify the invoicing, tax and guest-reporting requirements that apply to your property.
How do I protect my records?
Records are stored on your device. File backup and restore are free on every plan; keep a copy in a safe place. LAN sync does not replace backup. Back up before uninstalling.
