Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account? Where is my data?

No account is needed. Everything you enter is stored only on your device and the app works offline. Uninstalling the app deletes that data.

Why do I see ads?

Ads (Google AdMob) keep the app free. On iOS you can decline tracking in the App Tracking Transparency prompt and still use every feature; you can also reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings.

I bought an in-app purchase but it is not active.

Purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play. Connect to the Internet, sign in with the same store account you bought with, then use Restore Purchases in the app. For refunds, contact Apple or Google Play.

Reminders or notifications do not show up.

Check that the reminder is turned on in the app and that notifications are allowed for the app in your device Settings. On Android, also turn off battery optimization for the app; reminders may arrive a few minutes late.
