Chính sách bảo mật — NKKTech App (App Thợ Luxmy)

1. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập

• Thông tin đăng nhập: số điện thoại/email và mật khẩu — do quản trị viên của công ty bạn cấp; dùng để xác thực tài khoản kỹ thuật viên. Ứng dụng không cho tự đăng ký.
• Ảnh hiện trường: ảnh bạn chụp bằng camera hoặc chọn từ thư viện khi khảo sát/lắp đặt/nghiệm thu, được tải lên máy chủ để bộ phận văn phòng đối chiếu công việc.
• Mã thiết bị (device token): để gửi thông báo đẩy về công việc mới.

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Chỉ phục vụ vận hành công việc lắp đặt: hiển thị lịch, ghi nhận số đo/ảnh khảo sát, biên bản nghiệm thu, và thông báo. Chúng tôi không bán, không chia sẻ dữ liệu cho bên thứ ba vì mục đích quảng cáo.

4. Lưu trữ & bảo mật

Dữ liệu lưu trên máy chủ của NKKTech (est-invoice.nkktech.com và các tên miền phụ theo tổ chức), truyền qua HTTPS, phân tách theo từng tổ chức khách hàng.

5. Quyền của bạn

Tài khoản do quản trị viên công ty bạn quản lý. Để chỉnh sửa/xóa dữ liệu, liên hệ quản trị viên hoặc gửi yêu cầu tới địa chỉ email bên dưới.

6. Thay đổi chính sách

Mọi cập nhật sẽ được đăng tại đây kèm ngày cập nhật mới.

1. Data we collect

• Sign-in details: phone number/email and password, issued by your company's administrator and used only to authenticate your technician account.
• Job-site photos: images you take with the camera or pick from your photo library during survey, installation and hand-over, uploaded to our server so the back office can verify the work.
• Device token: used only to send push notifications about newly assigned jobs.

2. How we use it

Solely to run installation work: showing your schedule, recording measurements and survey photos, hand-over records, and notifications. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising.

4. Storage & security

Data is stored on NKKTech servers (est-invoice.nkktech.com and per-organization subdomains), transmitted over HTTPS, and isolated per customer organization.

5. Your rights

Your account is managed by your company's administrator. To correct or delete your data, contact that administrator or email us at the address below.

6. Changes to this policy

Any update will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
