The app isn’t working or keeps crashing

  1. Fully close the app and open it again.
  2. Update to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. If it still fails, reinstall the app, then email us the details below.

Do I need internet to play?

No. Our apps are built to work 100% offline — no account and no sign-in required. A connection is only used to load ads where the app shows them.

Ads & removing ads

Ads are served through Google AdMob. Apps that offer a “Remove Ads” purchase let you turn them off permanently. Bought it on a new device or after reinstalling? Open the store / remove-ads screen and tap Restore Purchases to get it back at no extra cost.

Purchases & restoring them

Purchases are handled securely by Apple and Google — we never see your payment details. If a purchase didn’t unlock, use Restore Purchases in the app first. For refunds, contact Apple or Google Play, or email us and we’ll help.

Your privacy & data

Our apps do not collect personal data — everything stays on your device. Each app’s full privacy policy is linked from its store page (for example nkktech.com/…-privacy).

How do I delete my data?

Uninstalling the app removes all of its locally stored data (scores, settings, progress) from your device.
